An exciting Head of Sales (Education)(x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the high achieving education company based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a role for a Head of Sales who is a leader in their field.

About the Head of Sales Role:

The role requires a person with a proven track record in managing sales unit (sizing 100 - 300 million THB) and an outstanding leadership to manage a group of dynamic teams. As the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in overseeing all sales operations in the country and improving sales performance to meet challenging growth and sales targets. This role offers competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet the monthly targets in the areas of sales and profitability for all branches
  • Supervise the daily activities of branch managers in order to achieve sales and service objectives
  • Support branch managers in producing high-quality leads and promotional activities
  • Plan and oversee staff recruitment, training, and evaluation
  • Maintain and enhance cost and inventory controls to manage all profit and loss and expenditure items across all branches
  • Collaborate cross-function to ensure excellent delivery of service and maintain customers' high level of satisfaction
  • Take charge in business development and collaborate with the CEO to develop and optimise sales, processes, and operations of the business

To succeed in this role, you must have an exceptional business acumen and fluent communication in Thai & English.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong track record and extensive experience in managing a business unit, prominently in sales function
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and sales forecast
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Flexibility to travel frequently within the country in order to visit each branch and train staffs
  • Experience in Education industry is a plus
  • Passionate individual with a start-up mindset in a dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders effectively
