- Conduct a new staff onboarding program in familiarizing the employees with the organization, HR policies and procedures, working conditions, and Code of Conduct, on an employee’s first day of employment.
- Cover full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, maintaining personnel files, leave records, payroll information, statutory contribution and deduction (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp), employee benefit and welfare, etc.
- Review company’s policy and Compensation & Benefits from time to time and propose for revision/improvement when necessary.
- Preparing all HR letter, memo and any HR correspondences.
- Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and personnel resources for the company, maintaining an optimal organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
- Ensure training needs analysis is performed with Heads of Department to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job training, departmental specific training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding.
- Ensure succession plans are in place and followed through with development plans for the employees and such plans are communicated.
- ·Direct the development, implementation and administration of performance management program, procedures and guidelines to help employees to meet the strategic goals of the company.
