Investigate dispute transactions for all payment channels
Help to resolve dispute issues, refund process of all payments & do internal communications with the internal team
Daily report of refund transactions to banks
Active Student at last semester minimum in Diploma/Bachelor Program
Willing to working in a high volume, fast paced environment
Familiar with basic research, analytical, and problem solving skills
Strong skills in analytics, research, communication & time management
Willing to do Work from Office for 3 months.
